OUR CHALLENGES:
● Analyzing the existing Senior Talent reference models in the ecosystem (with the collaboration of the ALBOR CONSULTOR Socio-Health Excellence Consultancy).
● Creating the network of senior collaborators (Red Talent Senior) who contribute their skills, talent and experience in the socio-health, business and technology sectors.
● Promoting alliances that promote service and promoting Senior Talent and its recognition and contribution at all levels of society (Senior Talent Ecosystem)
● Promoting and deploying the Talent Sen service to respond to the needs of the customers of the SIVI Cluster Ecosystem and boost its competitiveness, specialization and differentiation.

● Advice for new social entrepreneurship projects.
● Business advice (technical, strategic, management and commercial mentoring).
● Social and health advice.
● Training and orientation in expert areas.
● Open innovation, multidisciplinary and multi-agent co-creation.
● Advice on leadership, people management and generational diversity in employment.
● Usability and technical-economic feasibility of products/services.
